Obituary of Patrick Coburn

At Four Counties Health Services, on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, Patrick Coburn, of West Lorne, passed away at the age of 68.  Beloved husband of Diane (née Leslie).  Loving father of Amy Martin, Jennifer Fader and Trisha Mills (Derek O’Rourke).  Cherished grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of two.  Survived by two nieces, Kristy (Brian) Reive and Michelle (Michael) Reive.  Predeceased by his brothers, William, Bob and Jim.  There will be no visitation or service.  Arrangements entrusted to DENNING’S OF WEST LORNE (519-785-0810).
