Peacefully, on May 15, 2019 John E. Payne in his 84th year. Loving husband of Mary (Paterson). Father of Tim (Carlene), Ellen (Rick) and Rick. Grandfather of Jaymee (Jacob), Jolissa, Jessica (Ryan), Garret, Craig, Matthew, Scott and Nathan. Great-grandfather of Jaxson, Jordyn, Jason, Jaelynn, Madeleine and Hannah.
