In loving memory, Françine Wight (nee Labonté) passed away on Saturday August 3, 2019. Lovingly remembered by her husband Rob of 45 years. Mother of Michelle and Jennifer (Jeff). Grandma to Brittany, Jacob, Michael, Savannah, Brooklynn and Chase. Sister of Réal (Lynn), Réjean (Sylvie) and Nicole (late John, 2012). Predeceased by mother Magueritte, father Xavier and brothers Denis and Raymond. Sister in law to Larry (late Cathy) and Doug (Sandi). Remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. 

Françine’s passions were sewing, cooking, crafts, gardening, singing and fishing. Rob and Françine enjoyed dancing together. 

Visitation will be held at Denning’s of Rodney on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 11 a.m. – 12:30 with a funeral service beginning at 12:30. Interment to follow at the Rodney Cemetery. If desired, tribute contributions are appreciated to the Cancer Clinic in St. Thomas or the SEGH Dr. Benson Thomas Equipment Fund. Arrangements entrusted to Denning’s of Rodney.
