My condolences to the family. I'm a member of the Bethel Park Camp Society located next to his house. Harold was a very kind guy. He would frequently call me and we would have great conversations about Bob and Toot, we would talk about his motorcycle and how he loved the community. Our kids from Kids camp will miss him and I will miss having him stop by. God bless your family, Harold. You were a great friend. Wish I could have spent more summers with you.
Peace brother.

I was sad to learn of Harold's passing but I was also glad that he will not be suffering. He was a real-deal and true-blue Character.
He was always ready with a joke or a kind word and I never heard tell of him of ever causing any harm.
He will be missed.
My deepest condolences to his family.
Rest In Peace, Harold.

You did it your way my friend..Blessings and Condolences to your family and many friends. Respectfully Leada & Randy too

'Harry Baby' as we lovingly called my second cousin Harold. Had some raucous good times together. As he was ten years older than me, his mischievous bent always made for fun times. Lived you big guy. You had a heart as big as they come. You will be missed. So glad we got together just a couple years ago for some laughs and a bonfire.

One of my favorite Gentle Giants. So sad to hear. I can still hear him holler out my name when I came to town and he saw me. He gave the best big old burly hugs. He had such a kind caring soul. Always wanting to make someone smile. I've known Harold for over 30 years. We met in the factory we both worked. He would be driving parts and I'd hear him slam on those brakes so I would notice. Big ole smile and wave across to me, and that was multiple times a day. I still huge smile thinking back. We became friends when he went out of his way to pick me up in his big blue truck to bring me to work. That's the kind of person he was though. Help a friend. We talked and talked, laughed over stupid stuff.. He had some pretty great advice. I'll never forget how proud he was too show me his new bike (motorcycle),I used to ride one years ago and he ragged on me lol or that tiny little car that he would just laugh knowing I thought it was way too small for him, or that hey look I'm driving a school bus now! I have some pretty fond memories of you and with you Harold. My deepest condolences goes to all of his family. I'm so sorry for your loss.

I will miss you terribly. Be it your grumpy moments or your kind and loving ones or your crazy funny ones. You loved the kids on you bus, your animals and you were an awesome person. You were taken way too soon from us and way too fast. God needed another angel and you were chosen. Au revoir (till I see you again) Harold . Your friend Kathy Crawford

Harold was known for his "pop in and see you". While living in West Lorne, he arrived in his price possession vehicle which seemed too small for Harold. He was so proud to be driving people and athletes during the Olympics. Remembering my children as they were on his bus and how they have grown up before his eyes. Keep driving among the clouds there Harold!!! Bonnie, Tim, Chelsey and Connor Grexton

Harold will surely be missed,he was a kind gentle man and always made you smile with his wit. The only time I think Harold was truly happy was when he was at the wheel of his school bus seeing the faces of the kids on his route and when he was taking them on their field trips .
My life was better for having Harold as a friend and he will be definitely missed.

Harold was a large part of my life for years. He always told me that I was going to go far in my career as an actress and never missed a single production I was in. Every day when I walked onto his bus he always had some joke or silly one liner that brightened my mood. My heart goes out to his family and I will never forget the impact he had made on my life. Rest easy Harold.
