Peacefully on January 9, 2021 Philomene (Mary Louise) Pelcz passed away in her 86th year at Riverview Gardens. Beloved wife of the late Carl Pelcz (2004). Loving mother to Mary Elizabeth Ashton (Phillip), Richard Pelcz (Heather), Anna Young (Scott) and Donna Rutherford (Barrie). Predeceased by her sons Charles “Chuck” (2003) and James “Jimmy” (2009).
Grandmother to Amanda Pelcz, Ryan Pelcz (Sayumi), Adam Garrod, Chauntelle Dodge (Wilson), Shane Young, Tammy Rea, Deanna Rutherford. Predeceased by grandson Kyle Pelcz (1987). Loving great-grandmother to Ava, Beau, Jailyn, Braeden, Trenton, Katie, Savannah and Sydney.
Survived by sister-in-law Margaret Knapp and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
As per Philomene’s wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family interment at the Rodney Cemetery.
