Grant Clifford Walker
Grant passed away peacefully at the VON Sakura House, Residential Hospice, Woodstock at the age of 71. Loving husband to Connie (nee Schnekenburger). Cherished father to Darryl (Lori) and David. Grandfather to Jaylen. He will also be missed by his brother Raymond (Dianne) and sister Joyce (Robert) Perry and extended family; Jerry, Gord (Joan) Janet (Paul) and Rob (Connie).
Predeceased by his parents Clifford and Hazel (nee Grant) Walker.
Following Grant's wishes, cremation has taken place and a service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in West Lorne. Please use this link to sign up to atend.
