Obituary of Rose McMurchy

On Friday, December 1, 2023, Rose E. McMurchy passed away at the age of 83.  Wife of the late A. Frank McMurchy (2019) for 61 and a half years of married life.  Rose was born to the late Eva and Frank Barned.  Predeceased by sister, Carrie, and brother, Frank.  Dear mother of Steven McMurchy and Sharon McDonald (Leslie).  Predeceased by son, Douglas in 2004, grandson, Jeffery McMurchy in 2022, and granddaughter, Holly Thomson in 1991.  She is survived by six grandchildren: Ken and Beth McMurchy, and Fraser, Todd, Kent and Kara Thomson.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Private interment has taken place in Oakland Cemetery, Glencoe.
